At Khwabeeda, we work hard to deliver your favorite stationery and accessories safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Hyderabad City: Rs. 150

  • All Over Pakistan: Rs. 250

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be applied at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Customized or pre-order products may take additional time.

3. Delivery Time

  • Hyderabad Orders: Typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

  • Other Cities: Typically delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on the courier service.

IMPORTANT: WORKING DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS, STRIKES AND ANY PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if available) via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

5. Delays & Issues

  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

  • We do not deliver orders urgently.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
